GENERAL INFORMATION ON MAKING A CLAIM
If you decide to pursue another party for compensation as a result of injury and loss sustained by you, you will require to prove negligence against the party you hold responsible. Simply sustaining an injury or loss does not automatically entitle you to claim compensation. Accident & Injury Claims Centre, Solicitors will guide you on what evidence will be required to assist you in proving your claim. It can be beneficial in many claims to have photographs, either of the injury or what caused your injury (e.g. hole in the pavement).
We would recommend that you keep a note of names and address of any witnesses to your accident as their evidence can assist in proving negligence against another party.
